Holy Protection of the Mother of God Ukrainian Catholic Church
Welcome to Holy Protection of the Mother of God in Guelph. There is a place for everyone here, from the youngest to the wisest, and from any background you may be. If you are new to our community, you may want to know that we are part of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Toronto and Eastern Canada, we follow the Byzantine liturgical order and, are as of recently, on the Gregorian calendar.
Our mission is to live by the values of the Gospel message of love and service to God and His people. In addition, with God’s grace and where possible, we aim to support the sacramental, pastoral and communal needs of parishioners and the general community with respect, dignity and charity.
Remember that though we are a Ukrainian Catholic parish, we welcome everyone who wishes to join us and encounter Christ alive among us.
The Divine Liturgy is celebrated every Sunday at 11:00 am. And the last Sunday of the month, the service is aimed at the children of the parish and is in English.
